How to Activate Missing Pet Mode

Step 1: Open Your Pet's Profile

Log into your DDMK account.
Tap ‘Manage Pet’ from the dashboard.

Step 2: Enable "Missing Mode"

Turn 'Normal Mode' to 'Missing Mode' by tapping the toggle.

Step 3: What Happens Next?

Anyone who scans the tag will see a "Missing Pet" alert.
You’ll get an instant email when someone scans the tag (make sure your email is correct in the pet profile).
They can contact you through the available options.

Step 4: Turn Off 'Missing Mode'

When your pet is found, toggle off ‘Missing Mode.’
