How to Hide Your Contact Information

Log in and tap ‘Manage Pet.’

Select your pet’s profile and tap ‘Edit.’

Turn off ‘Visible’ for the information you wish to hide.

Finders can still contact you through ‘Chat with Owner’ or ‘Share Location’ .

Tap ‘Save.’ 

Finders still can reach you via ‘Chat with Owner’ or ‘Share Location’ .

Tap ‘Open Chat’ to view their message. 

Tap ‘QR Scan Page’ to see what finders will see when they scan the tag. 

Test the buttons to make sure they work properly.
