Click the yellow button above (www.pet.ddmkqr.com) and enter your registration code ( xxxxx ) to create an account.

If you already have an account, log in with your registered email and password. 

 Click the "Manage Pets" button to add your pet's information.  

Enter your registration code ( xxxxx ) and fill in the required details. 

Then, click the "Create Pet" button to save. 

Once the pet profile is created, click "View Details" to edit your pet's information and upload a photo. 

Don't forget to save any changes. 

To add more pets, simply repeat steps 2-4 with a different registration code. 

You can scan the QR code on the back of the tag to find the code. 

Go back to the home page to edit your owner information if needed.
